How do you let everyone know you offer the freshest salad in town? 🤔 People already love your tasty sandwiches and wide variety of choices, but many don’t realize they can skip the bread and enjoy a box of ready to go salad instead.

The goal was simple: sell more salads. The challenge? Most customers didn’t know Subway offered fresh, ready-to-go salads. We needed to spread the word and draw them away from competitors in the food court.

We wanted to show just how fresh it is—so we captured each ingredient mid-air as it falls into the bowl. The result?
We also conducted marketing research and strategically positioned the three salads at a more competitive price point than our rivals. To build buzz, we launched them as a limited-time offer. The campaign began in January, highlighting the protein content to better connect with customers following specific diets. We then introduced the next two salads in succession.
